1. عن المنشأة

يُدار هذا الموقع من قِبَل مؤسسة الشرق السدادسي التجارية، منشأة تجارية مسجَّلة في المملكة العربية السعودية تحت رقم السجل التجاري 7033478004، ويقع مقرّها الرئيسي في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية. باستخدامك للموقع أو إجرائك أي عملية شراء عبر sharqit.com، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.

2. المنتجات

تقدّم منشأتنا أثاث المكاتب، والخزائن التخزينية، وألواح الجدران الصوتية المصنوعة من اللباد، وقطع الفن ثلاثية الأبعاد ذات التصاميم الثابتة. غالبية منتجاتنا مصنَّعة حسب الطلب، وبعضها متوفّر كمخزون جاهز.

لا يمكن إلغاء المنتجات المصنَّعة حسب الطلب بعد بدء مرحلة الإنتاج.
صور المنتجات وتصاميمها توضيحية فحسب، وقد تختلف الألوان الفعلية قليلاً.
جميع المقاسات المذكورة تقريبية وتخضع لتفاوتات التصنيع المعيارية (±5 ملم).

3. الأسعار والدفع

جميع الأسعار مُدرَجة بالريال السعودي (SAR) وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة حيثما انطبق، وفقاً للوائح هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (زاتكا). تُعالَج المدفوعات بأمان عبر بوابة Tap Payments. بتقديمك للطلب، فإنك تفوّض الشرق بخصم المبلغ الإجمالي من وسيلة الدفع التي اخترتها.

4. تأكيد الطلب

يُعدّ الطلب مؤكَّداً فقط عند استلام كامل المبلغ. ستتلقّى بريداً إلكترونياً للتأكيد. تحتفظ الشرق بحقّها في إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود أخطاء بالأسعار، أو عدم توافر المنتج، أو الاشتباه بنشاط احتيالي، مع استرداد كامل للمبلغ فوراً.

5. الضمان

هيكل المكتب القابل للتعديل: ضمان سنة واحدة ضد عيوب التصنيع.
سطح المكتب القابل للتعديل: ضمان 3 سنوات ضد عيوب التصنيع.
ألواح الصوت وبقية المنتجات: ضمان سنة واحدة ضد عيوب التصنيع.
يغطّي الضمان عيوب التصنيع فحسب، ولا يشمل الأضرار الناجمة عن سوء الاستخدام أو التلف الطبيعي أو التعديلات.

6. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات sharqit.com من نصوص وصور وتصاميم وشعارات هي ملك حصري لمؤسسة الشرق السدادسي التجارية. يُحظر إعادة إنتاج أي محتوى أو توزيعه أو استخدامه تجارياً دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

7. تحديد المسؤولية

لا تتحمّل الشرق المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية تنشأ عن استخدام منتجاتنا أو موقعنا. يُحدَّد الحدّ الأقصى لمسؤوليتنا تجاه أي عميل بإجمالي المبلغ المدفوع للطلب المعنيّ.

8. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختصّ بالنظر في أي نزاعات المحاكم المختصة في المنطقة الشرقية.

This website is operated by مؤسسة الشرق السدادسي التجارية (Sharq), a commercial establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration number 7033478004, with its principal place of business in Al-Khobar, Eastern Province, KSA. By accessing or purchasing from sharqit.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We offer office furniture, storage cabinets, acoustical felt wall panels, and fixed-design 3D printed art pieces. The majority of our products are custom-made to order; some items are available as ready stock. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

Custom/made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for you and may not be cancelled once production has commenced.
Product images and renders are for illustrative purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to material and screen differences.
All dimensions listed are approximate and subject to standard manufacturing tolerances (±5 mm).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Tap Payments. By placing an order, you authorise Sharq to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. You will receive an email confirmation at the address provided. Sharq reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Warranty

Standing desk frame: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Standing desk top: 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Acoustical felt panels and all other SKUs: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranties cover manufacturing defects only and do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or modifications.
To submit a warranty claim, contact us at Faris@sharqit.com with proof of purchase and photographs of the defect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on sharqit.com including text, images, designs, logos, and product designs is the exclusive property of مؤسسة الشرق السدادسي التجارية. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sharq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the total value paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Eastern Province, KSA.
